Top Cut Group are a family-based company owned by Ryan and Erryn Harding. Ryan and Erryn have 4 beautiful children and understand and appreciate how important it is to provide a supportive family culture in business. From the time Ryan was an apprentice Sheet Metal / Welder he had a vision that he would like to own his own manufacturing business. After several years working in the industry and gaining a variety of experience from several companies that gave him a diverse range of knowledge and skills, Ryan and Erryn bought a lawn mowing business, with a plan of growing it into the business they have today. Ryan is a believer that you are only as good as your work force – Top Cut Group pride themselves on their highly skilled workforce with employees that have a driven force to be leaders.
